She is now starting over after three years in Breckenridge, Colorado as a ski instructor she meets Kaleb Wakefield a snowboarder who she finally lets into her life, she is falling in love with him.     Lori Langley was at her prime in the ice skating world and is heading for the Olympics when a horrible incident changes her future forever. Now relocated in Colorado she has traded in her skates for skis and is trying to find a new normal while living with paranoia and PTSD. When she locks eyes with an adonis across the locker room her heart speeds up and she is at first gripped by panic. It isn't long before the drop dead gorgious man proves he is nothing but a big teddy bear.

    Kaleb is stunned by the natural beauty of the newest ski instructor. She's a little skittish but they quickly become good friends which slowly evolves into more. But Kaleb knows something is up with Lori's past that has her checking out everywhere they go and when he finds out what drives her to be so cautious he is ready to kill.

    When Lori's past comes back to haunt her just when she thought she was finally safe will Kaleb be able to protect the love of his life?
